Zinc Coated Steel Sub-Structure
The unique Zinc Coated Steel Sub-Structure is the ultimate in durability, offering worry-free enjoyment for years and years to come. The lightweight, high strength steel frame will never rot, warp,  split or crack. It will never expand or contract with moisture, which over time can damage the spa’s exterior. A 250% superior strength to weight ratio over conventional wood frames provides you with a lighter and stronger unit. Plus, with the addition of greater long-term corrosion protection, your sub-structure is virtually weatherproof, requiring zero maintenance.

MAAXimum Energy Conservation
The Elite Spas insulation system ensures energy efficiency. It is comprised of an impermeable vaporcor seal on the bottom and high-density thermoseal insulation that encapsulates all internal elements, plus rigid exterior thermoseal insulation panels. The insulation system also integrates the Galvalume steel frame to form a heat exchange system in each corner to allow motors to cool, while providing warm air to the jet system. The Elite Spas insulation system is designed to wrap your spa in a warm, thermal cocoon - providing you with efficient operation, even in the harshest environments.

DuraMAAX™
To be honest, it still fools us! Elite Spas' maintenance free, all-weather DuraMAAX™ cabinetry is a state of the art wood-alternative material that has the look and feel of natural wood. It's the only maintenance free exterior in the market that looks and feels like professionally finished wood. Unlike other non-wood products, DuraMAAX™ has an incredible wood grain appearance yet it will never splinter or require staining. The unique wood grain feel is consistent throughout the product and will never fade or discolor. The look and feel of real furniture without the maintenance! Offered in redwood or gray, it's the only difficult decision you'll have to make.

Insulock
Insulock utilizes a Pre-Foam Construction process, applying a thick layer of closed-cell, high density foam insulation to the underside of the spa shell before the plumbing is installed. This ensures a uniform thermal barrier to keep heat in the spa, while strengthening the shell. Additional high-density foam insulation is applied to the double sealed base, which locks in the frame and prohibits heat loss through the floor. Finally, we line all four sides, plus the floor, with patented Reflectix® insulation to create an infrared thermal barrier within the interior air space. Up to 97% of radiant heat energy from the pumps and equipment reflects back to the spa and is absorbed into the plumbing. This helps raise and maintain water temperature, improving heat efficiency. Energy created by the spa, stays in the spa.
